Refreshing orange matcha drink with creamy oat foam

Ingredients:
- 200 ml orange juice
- 1-2 bamboo spoons (chashaku) matcha
- 50 ml hot water
- Ice cubes
- 100 ml Oatly Oat Cuisine
Preparation:
1. Prepare Matcha:
- Put 1-2 bamboo spoons of matcha into a bowl.
- Heat 50 ml of water to about 80°C (not boiling) and pour it over the matcha.
- Whisk the matcha with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until it reaches a fine, foamy consistency.
2. Whip the oat cuisine:
- Pour 100 ml of Oatly Oat Cuisine into a bowl.
- Beat the oat cuisine with a hand mixer or whisk until a creamy foam forms.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the orange juice over the ice cubes.
- Add the foamed matcha and stir gently.
- Top the drink with the creamy oat foam.
4. Serve and enjoy:
- Decorate the drink as desired with a mint leaf or some matcha powder.
