Ingredients:

  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1-2 bamboo spoons (chashaku) matcha
  • 50 ml hot water
  • Ice cubes
  • 100 ml Oatly Oat Cuisine

Preparation:

1. Prepare Matcha:

  • Put 1-2 bamboo spoons of matcha into a bowl.
  • Heat 50 ml of water to about 80°C (not boiling) and pour it over the matcha.
  • Whisk the matcha with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until it reaches a fine, foamy consistency.

2. Whip the oat cuisine:

  • Pour 100 ml of Oatly Oat Cuisine into a bowl.
  • Beat the oat cuisine with a hand mixer or whisk until a creamy foam forms.
3. Prepare the drink:
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the orange juice over the ice cubes.
  • Add the foamed matcha and stir gently.
  • Top the drink with the creamy oat foam.

      4. Serve and enjoy:

      • Decorate the drink as desired with a mint leaf or some matcha powder.
