Matcha Chia Pudding

For 4 servings:
  • 86 g chia seeds
  • 600 ml oat milk or milk of your choice
  • 30g coconut sprinkles
  • 50g maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha from Matcha&Friends
Toppings:
  • yogurt
  • Coconut sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk
  • Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
  • Top up with yoghurt and coconut. Enjoy 😊
