Matcha Chia Pudding
For 4 servings:
For 4 servings:
- 86 g chia seeds
- 600 ml oat milk or milk of your choice
- 30g coconut sprinkles
- 50g maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Matcha from Matcha&Friends
- yogurt
- Coconut sprinkles
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Top up with yoghurt and coconut. Enjoy π
