Matcha Latte

1 - 2 bamboo spoons of matcha powder

50 ml hot water

1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup (not absolutely necessary! Ceremonial Matcha is great to drink unsweetened.)

150 ml oat milk (milk can be varied according to taste)

Pour hot, but not boiling, water over the matcha powder in a large cup. The water should ideally be around 80 degrees . Stir well with a matcha whisk.

Add the agave syrup or maple syrup and stir well. Pour the matcha mixture into the glasses ( 200 ml each ). Heat the milk and beat it with a milk frother until it is nice and frothy. Spoon the milk foam onto the top of the glass.

And your Matcha Latte is ready to enjoy!
