Pre-Workout Matcha Smoothie

No more unhealthy, sugary energy drinks before training.
This pre-workout drink not only gives you energy for your training, it is also a real vitamin bomb.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp Matcha (equivalent to 1 measuring spoon)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1⁄2 apple
  • 1⁄2 very ripe banana
  • 2 1⁄2 tbsp instant flakes
  • 1⁄2 tbsp coconut oil
  • some cinnamon

preparation

First, put the fruit and spinach with the almond milk in the blender and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and your delicious energy bomb is ready!

If you don't like cinnamon, you can leave it out.
