Stir in spices:
- Add cayenne pepper, cinnamon and cardamom.
- If desired, stir in agave or honey.
Enjoy & feel:
- Drink the cocoa consciously and slowly – ideally in a quiet environment, perhaps with a little intention or meditation.
✨ Tip: Traditionally, the cacao is not stirred with a spoon, but by consciously drinking and gently circling the cup.
