Ingredients:
- 150 ml oat milk
- ½ tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 g matcha powder
- 40 ml warm water
- 50 g oat whipped cream (for the topping)

Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to avoid lumps. Add the 40 ml of warm water (approx. 80°C, not boiling) and stir with a bamboo whisk or whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved and foamy. -
