Matcha Kissed Berries 🍓

Matcha Kissed Berries 🍓

Ingredients (for approx. 15–20 pieces):

  • 200 g white chocolate (good quality)

  • 2 tsp matcha powder

  • 15–20 fresh strawberries (with greens, if possible)

  • Optional: some coconut oil (approx. 1 tsp, for a smoother consistency)

  • Optional: Toppings such as pistachios, coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Wash and dry strawberries.
Important: They must be completely dry so that the chocolate sticks well.

  2. Melt chocolate.
Roughly chop the white chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Optionally, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil for a better consistency.

  3. Stir in matcha.
Once the chocolate has melted, sift in the matcha powder and mix well until a uniform greenish color is achieved.

  4. Dip strawberries.
Hold each strawberry by the green end and dip half or all of it into the matcha chocolate. Let it drain slightly.

  5. Optional decoration.
Sprinkle with toppings immediately after dipping (e.g. pistachios, strawberry crunch, coconut flakes).

  6. Let it harden.
Place strawberries on baking paper and refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
