Matcha – mit Mango oder Himbeere

Refreshing Summer Matcha – with mango or raspberry 🌿πŸ₯­

The perfect drink for hot days. Our Summer Matcha with fresh fruit. Whether fruity and exotic with mango or summery and sweet with raspberries. Both versions are quick to prepare and full of natural energy.

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 200 ml oat milk

  • 1 TL Matcha & Friends

  • 80–100 g fresh mango or fresh raspberries

  • ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Place fresh mango or raspberries in a blender and blend with the oat milk until creamy.

  2. Whisk the matcha with a little water (approx. 50 ml, not hotter than 80 Β°C) in a bowl using the chasen (bamboo whisk) until frothy.

  3. Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour the fruit and oat milk mix over them.

  4. Finally, carefully pour the whipped matcha over it.

  5. Stir briefly or enjoy as is.

Tip: For extra freshness, add some lemon juice or mint.
