Matcha & Friends was born out of a long-standing friendship, a shared enthusiasm for matcha and a desire for a more conscious lifestyle.
In July 2022, the decision was made to build our own brand – driven by a clear commitment to quality, integrity and attitude.
What has guided us ever since is a clear vision and a mission that give direction to our work and shape how we develop Matcha & Friends step by step.

I run Matcha and Friends as a company that is not dependent on me, but is supported by strong structures, clear values, and trusting partnerships. My goal is to develop a scalable, future-proof system from a strong idea.
My motivation is to establish Matcha and Friends as a relevant movement for conscious lifestyle in Europe with products and experiences that have substance and are economically viable.
I am convinced that entrepreneurship is one of the most genuine forms of personal development. As CEO, I take responsibility for enabling this development not only in myself, but throughout the entire company, through leadership that challenges, supports, and provides guidance.

Yoga, mindfulness, and personal growth are integral parts of my daily life. Nature, sunshine, and living in the moment are closely linked to what Matcha and Friends stands for: health, clarity, and joy of life.
My goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable and want to be a part of it. Matcha and Friends should be a place that connects people and provides inspiration for a more conscious everyday life.
