Levendel Matcha Latte

Iced Lavender Matcha Latte🌿💜

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha

  • 60 ml of hot water (approx. 80 °C)

  • 150–200 ml cold plant-based milk (e.g. oat, almond or coconut milk)

  • 1–2 tsp lavender syrup (to taste)

  • ice cubes

  • Optional: dried lavender blossoms as decoration

Preparation:

  1. Mix the matcha
    Mix the matcha with the hot water in a bowl using the chasen until a smooth, frothy matcha is formed.

  2. Prepare the glass
    Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add lavender syrup.

  3. Pour in milk
    Pour cold plant-based milk over the ice cream and syrup.

  4. Pour on the matcha
    Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a beautiful layered effect.

  5. Optional decoration
    Garnish with a few dried lavender blossoms.
