Iced Lavender Matcha Latte🌿💜
Ingredients (for 1 glass):

1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha

60 ml of hot water (approx. 80 °C)

150–200 ml cold plant-based milk (e.g. oat, almond or coconut milk)

1–2 tsp lavender syrup (to taste)

ice cubes

Optional: dried lavender blossoms as decoration
Preparation:

Mix the matcha
Mix the matcha with the hot water in a bowl using the chasen until a smooth, frothy matcha is formed. -
Prepare the glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add lavender syrup. -
Pour in milk
Pour cold plant-based milk over the ice cream and syrup. -
Pour on the matcha
Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a beautiful layered effect. -
Optional decoration
Garnish with a few dried lavender blossoms.
