Iced Mango Matcha Latte! 🥭❄️💚

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • ½ ripe mango (peeled, pitted, cut into pieces)
  • 150 ml oat milk (cold)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 50 ml hot water (approx. 80°C)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup (optional, for more sweetness)
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

Puree mango:

  • Puree the mango in a blender until it has a creamy consistency.
  • Pour the mango puree into a glass.

Add ice & milk:

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Carefully pour the cold oat milk over the mango puree.

Preparing Matcha:

  • Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl.
  • Pour in 50 ml of hot water and stir until frothy using a matcha whisk or milk frother.

Add matcha and mix:

  • Slowly pour the whipped matcha over the milk.
  • Stir everything gently with a straw or spoon until the mango, milk and matcha are combined.
