Matcha banana porridge
Ingredients:
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- A pinch of sea salt
- A little cinnamon to taste
Toppings:
- Banana slices, coconut flakes, chia seeds or other toppings of your choice
Preparation:
- Cook the porridge: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5–7 minutes, until the porridge is creamy and soft. 😊

Serving: Pour the finished porridge into a bowl and garnish with banana slices, coconut flakes, and extra chia seeds for a little extra crunch.
