Matcha-Bananen-Porridge

Matcha banana porridge

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A little cinnamon to taste

Toppings:

  • Banana slices, coconut flakes, chia seeds or other toppings of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Cook the porridge: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5–7 minutes, until the porridge is creamy and soft. 😊
  2. Serving: Pour the finished porridge into a bowl and garnish with banana slices, coconut flakes, and extra chia seeds for a little extra crunch.
