Matcha-Chia Bowl with kiwi & banana

Ingredients (1 serving)

For the matcha chia pudding:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 150 ml oat or coconut milk

  • 1 tsp high-quality matcha

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

Topping:

  • 1 kiwi

  • ½ banana

  • Optional: Coconut flakes or nuts

preparation

  1. Mix the matcha:
    Whisk the matcha with 2-3 tablespoons of warm water (approx. 70-80 °C) until smooth and frothy.

  2. Mix chia seeds:
    Place chia seeds in a glass or bowl.
    Add milk, matcha and optionally maple syrup/vanilla.
    Mix well, let stand for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent lumps from forming.

  3. Sources:
    Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Serving:
    Pour the creamy matcha chia pudding into a bowl.

  5. Top:
    Slice the kiwi and banana and arrange them decoratively on top.
