Matcha Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients (for 1 serving):

150–200 g natural yogurt (vegan or classic)

½–1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder

Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup to sweeten
Toppings (as desired):

Fresh fruit (e.g. berries, banana, mango)

Nuts or nut butter (e.g. almond butter, cashew nuts)

Seeds: Chia, hemp seeds or flax seeds

Granola or coconut flakes
Preparation:

Mix matcha with a little water (about 1-2 tablespoons) to form a smooth paste (this way there are no lumps).

Pour natural yogurt into a bowl and stir in the matcha paste well.

Optional: sweeten with honey or syrup.

Garnish with your favorite toppings.
