Matcha Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 150–200 g natural yogurt (vegan or classic)

  • ½–1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup to sweeten

Toppings (as desired):

  • Fresh fruit (e.g. berries, banana, mango)

  • Nuts or nut butter (e.g. almond butter, cashew nuts)

  • Seeds: Chia, hemp seeds or flax seeds

  • Granola or coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Mix matcha with a little water (about 1-2 tablespoons) to form a smooth paste (this way there are no lumps).

  2. Pour natural yogurt into a bowl and stir in the matcha paste well.

  3. Optional: sweeten with honey or syrup.

  4. Garnish with your favorite toppings.

  5. Enjoy immediately – best fresh and cool.
