Pumpkin Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 150 ml hot oat milk
- 3 g matcha powder (prepared with 40 ml warm water)
- Pumpkin spice (for sprinkling)
Preparation:

Prepare the matcha: Place the matcha powder in a small bowl and add 40 ml of warm water (approx. 70–80°C). Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk (or a small whisk) until a smooth, slightly foamy consistency is achieved. Set aside.

Pumpkin milk mixture: In a small saucepan, briefly heat the pumpkin puree and maple syrup over medium heat. Add the hot oat milk and stir well until the mixture is evenly warm. Alternatively, you can heat and froth everything in a milk frother.

To assemble: Pour the prepared matcha into a glass or cup. Carefully add the pumpkin milk mixture and stir well.

Topping: Finally, sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice on top.
