How do you clean the Chasen?

The chasen should be rinsed with warm water after each use. Then pull the bamboo broom quickly through the air, do not shake it! This will protect the tips of the bristles. You can then let the chasen dry completely in the air.

The Chasen lasts relatively long if well cared for, but you should replace it every 300-400 uses to prepare the perfect Matcha.
